EULA - End User License Agreement

VEGASAUR LICENSE AGREEMENT
Before you use Vegasaur software, please read this agreement. You may use this software only as described in this license.

1. SOFTWARE

The term "Software" used below refers to Vegasaur version 1.0, any updates to the software, any associated software components and any electronic documentation, provided to you by Vegasaur.com.

2. COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to Software are exclusively owned by Vegasaur.com

3. EVALUATION VERSION

Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period, if you wish to continue to use the Software, you must register. Otherwise, you must delete (uninstall) the Software from your computer.

4. REGISTERED VERSION

A unique key that will allow you to use the Software beyond the thirty-day (30-day) free trial period ("License Key") may be purchased from the Software's website. You shall be responsible for maintaining the License Key in a safe location and are specifically prohibited from distributing the License Key, intentionally or unintentionally, to any third party. In case of sharing your License Key your registration key will be blacklisted and result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

A single-user license allows you to create a single installation of the Software possibly used by one or more persons, or create multiple installations of the Software used exclusively by a single person. Any combination of these options, or installing the Software on a network server, is not permitted.

A multi-user license allows you to create any number of installations of the Software, provided that the number of people that have physical or electronic access to those installations is equal to or less than the number of users the license is valid for. At any given time, the number of people who could possibly use the Software concurrently must be equal to or less than the number of users the license is valid for. If the number of possible concurrent users grows, you must promptly buy additional licenses.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

6. DISTRIBUTION

Provided that you do not copy or distribute the License Key, and you include a copy of this License Agreement, you may (a) make copies of the Software; (b) give exact, unmodified copies of the Software to anyone; and (c) distribute the Software in its unmodified form via electronic means. You are specifically prohibited from charging any fees for any such copies or distributions. The Software may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows. You are not allowed to change any part of the Software. Vegasaur.com keeps full rights to change any part of the Software. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.

8. TERMINATION

This license terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. If your license terminates, you must destroy all copies of the Software you have.

This EULA may change without notice for future copies that you buy.
